HEAD CHEF

Under the supervision of the Senior Nutrition Supervisor, the Site Manager/Cook implements and maintains a program to provide nutrition and supportive services to a large group of Indian Elders and other qualified seniors in the local area. Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety measures, food handling sanitation; quantity purchasing and cooking; nutrition requirements of the elderly, and food preferences of Indian elders and other senior citizens. Food Handlers Card and clean DMV record. Must be able to work with the Indian community and be sensitive to the Indian culture and its needs.
