Applicant must possess a High School diploma or equivalent. The purpose of this position is to provide general clerical services to the Native Challenge program or any service component of the health care program as assigned. Computer letters, reports, manuals, meeting minutes, grants, newsletters, statistical data, etc. Help in purchasing program supplies and ensuring that purchase orders and work orders are submitted to appropriate departments. Maintain filing, referrals and material inventory on a daily basis for the department as assigned. Answer telephones, transfer calls, take messages and assure appropriate distribution and referral. Set-up meetings for Director, Department and advisory Committee as assigned. In charge of typing minute, agendas and purchasing meeting supplies. Volunteers for additional duties. Coordinate and maintain schedule for Scanning evaluation documents. Other duties as assigned. Must be able to work with the Indian community, and be sensitive to the Indian Culture and its needs.
