RSBCIHI to host 2025 Family Wellness Conference at Morongo Community Center, November 21
(RSBCIHI | Banning, CA) — Riverside–San Bernardino County Indian Health, Inc. (RSBCIHI) will host its annual Family Wellness Conference on Friday, November 21, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Morongo Community Center, 13000 Malki Road, Banning, CA.
Themed “Strengthening Wellness Through Culture and Community,” this year’s event brings together families, community members, and health professionals for a full day of connection, education, and healing. The conference will highlight the importance of cultural traditions in supporting physical, mental, and spiritual health across generations.
The event will feature workshops and presentations on mental health, nutrition, physical activity, traditional healing, and youth empowerment. RSBCIHI’s Health Education and Behavioral Health Departments are leading the program, with support from the Morongo Band of Mission Indians.
“Family wellness is at the heart of everything we do,” said Kresti Tsosie, spokesperson for the event. “This conference is an opportunity to celebrate our culture while learning how to strengthen our health together as a community.”
Families and community members will enjoy a continental breakfast and lunch, explore community health vendor booths, take part in family-friendly activities, and have the chance to win door prizes throughout the day.
