Bill Thomsen, Chief Executive Officer

Joining RSBCIHI in 1996, Bill has progressed through various roles, from Property and Supply Clerk to Chief Operations Officer, before assuming the role of CEO. He holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Maryland and a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of La Verne.

Dr. Gabriel Ramirez, Chief Operations Officer

Dr. Gabriel Ramirez, DHA, MPA, is nationally recognized for his work with non-profit agencies and through his work with government and business groups. Dr. Ramirez is a recipient of The President’s Volunteer Service Award (Barack Obama), and previously recognized by over 30 local, State, and Nationally elected officials. Dr. Ramirez obtained his Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and completed his Master of Public Administration at California State University San Bernardino. Dr. Ramirez attended Capella University in Minneapolis, MN, where he completed his Doctor of Health Administration. In addition to his current position, he serves as a long-standing fiduciary board member at Community Hospital San Bernardino, A Dignity Health/Common Spirit hospital.

Mo Zayed, Chief Financial Officer

With a robust background in healthcare finance, Mo has led financial strategies in various capacities before joining RSBCIHI. His experience spans strategic finance, risk management, and systems implementation. He holds a BA in Economics from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.

Marjorie Johnson, Chief Information Officer

Since 1996, Marjorie has led our IT initiatives, focusing on infrastructure, cybersecurity, and health information management. Her three decades of experience encompass senior management roles across various healthcare settings.

Dr. Philip Farabaugh, Clinical Services Director

Dr. Farabaugh oversees our clinical services, ensuring high standards of patient care and clinical excellence across all RSBCIHI facilities. His leadership is pivotal in integrating innovative health practices with traditional care methods.

Ciera Espinoza, Human Resources Director

Ciera leads our human resources department, focusing on fostering a supportive work environment and ensuring our staff are well-equipped to meet the needs of the community. Her role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and efficacy of our healthcare services.
