Applicant must be Registered Associate or Licensed MFT/PCC/SW by the California Board of Behavioral
Sciences or Board of Psychology and in good standing. Behavioral health experience with integrated care
and/or primary care is preferred. Must have or willing to obtain current BLS Certification from the American
Heart Association or Red Cross prior to orientation. The focus of the position is to integrate care for patients
between medical and behavioral health services, working closely with both departments. The Integrated Care
Clinician will be responsible for monitoring pre-visit medical screens, provide brief evaluation and
intervention, including suicide risk assessment, and will refer to BHS for follow up treatment and case
management. Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health, the Integrated Care
Clinician of this agency is required to provide both direct services and specialized supportive services to
children and adults. Must have the ability to work a variable schedule to meet the client and program needs.
This position is funded by a Grant. Must be able to work with the Indian Community, and be sensitive to the
Indian Culture and its needs.
