Mental Health Provider FUND 66

The Mental Health Therapist is a member of the Mental Health Services Department that is generally responsible for providing mental health services, health-related social services, on-call crisis intervention, chemical dependency referrals and consultations as appropriate to meet the needs of Native American clients. Must current registration with the Board of Behavioral Science. Internship with supervision accepted and must be able to receive associate registration within 2 years of employment and be within guidelines set by California Code, Business and Professions Code. Must be able to work with the Indian community and be sensitive to the Indian culture and its needs.
