Under general direction, provides support and technical assistance to all RSBCIHI technology users, particularly in the areas of local and network printers, desktops, cellphones, iPads/tablets, and a host of medical equipment. Supports hybrid and on-prim staff. Supports MS Office 365, MS Teams, NextGen, Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology, Eyecare, BHS and Dental platforms. Working knowledge of various Telecommunication platforms is desired. A+ certifications in Information Technology and/or Telecommunications Infrastructure. Must posses a valid California Drivers License with a safe driving record, DMV record required. Must be able to work with the Indian community and be sensitive to the Indian culture and its needs.
