Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school. A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a clinical case
manager, or a similar healthcare role. This position is responsible for helping those with chronic illness, mental
health issues or life-altering conditions to gain access to rehabilitation programs and other community
services. Must be able to work with the Indian community and be sensitive to the Indian Culture and its needs.
