RSBCIHI Formulary
For a complete list of medications available at our pharmacies, please review our current formulary by clicking here. This list is regularly updated to ensure we provide essential medications to meet your needs.
Prescription Refills
Standard Refills: Please allow 48-72 hours for any prescription requiring provider authorization. For prescriptions with existing refills, medications will generally be ready the next day, about two hours after the pharmacy opens. Contact the pharmacy directly if you need your medication urgently.
Refill Hotline: To make requesting refills easy, use our 24/7 refill hotline at 951-676-0357.
RefillPro App: Refill your prescription from the convenience of your smartphone with our RefillPro app, available for both Apple and Android. Flyers are available at each pharmacy location, or ask a pharmacy staff member for help setting up the app.
Important Policies
Referrals and Outside Prescriptions: A referral from an RSBCIHI provider is required for any specialty care or prescriptions from outside providers. This referral must be documented in our electronic health record (EHR) system by both the medical and pharmacy departments.
After-Hours Care: For assistance after hours, contact our on-call provider for recommendations on urgent medical care.
Non-Formulary Medications: If a prescription is for a non-formulary medication, we will attempt to work with your provider to find a suitable alternative from our stocked medications.
Narcotic Prescriptions: Narcotic prescriptions must be issued by an RSBCIHI provider. Due to legal regulations, outside prescriptions for narcotics cannot be co-signed by our providers however if we have referred you out to a specialist, we may fill an outside narcotic prescription if it is part of our formulary list.
Pharmacy Team Support
When you come in to fill your prescription, our knowledgeable Pharmacist will provide detailed instructions on how to take your medication and inform you of any potential side effects. We are here to support your health and answer any questions to ensure you feel confident in your treatment.
Expired and Unused Medications
RSBCIHI has installed “Drug Take Back” bins at our Morongo, Soboba, and San Manuel pharmacies. Patients can safely dispose of expired or unused medications at these locations. (Please note: Certain restrictions apply; contact your pharmacy for details.)
